COVID 19 FRIENDLY ART & SENSORY PLAY IDEAS FOR CHILDREN OF ALL AGES
It’s probably feeling like you can’t provide many art and sensory play ideas for children right now with all the rules and regulations from COVID.
I want to shift this mindset and show you how you can provide highly sensory and creative play experiences for children during this time.
First of all there are major misconceptions about what a sensory experience is and in this mini training video I explain those and turn them on their head!
Hint…think outside your sensory table.
I also go beyond the traditional art experiences and provide some very simple highly creative art experiences for children of all ages.
You’ll also see how these art ideas are a holistic learning experience, engaging all domains.
Whoa hoo!! Making your planning and role just a little easier!
My thing is inspiring and practical ideas to support my fellow early childhood educators. This mini training session is just that.
I know your time is valuable and I really think you’ll walk away rejuvenated with your creative juices flowing with more than a few COVID friendly art and sensory play ideas!
What Your Fellow Educators Have To Say…
But don’t just take it from me, take a look at what your fellow educators have said about this video!
“Thank you Veronica! Your video was just the perfect thing to get my creative juices flowing! We have some additional challenges right now, but that doesn’t make early learning impossible in group settings. We’ve got this!” – Shannon Coulombe
“Very inspiring and encouraging specially at this time where there are so many limitations to what we are used to. I like what you said at the start of the video : if this does not work for your place think of how you can tweek it to make it adaptable to your setting. Thank you.” – Ephesia Lopez
“Thank you for sharing your ideas for our new normal. I will definitely be bringing out the wire, play trays, nature play and incorporating lots of movement activities. The ideas were very doable for large groups and I will be passing this video along! Thank you for the inspiration, Ronnie!!” – Anne McMurdo
After you watch the video make sure to leave a comment on the blog below!
