Educators are given a minimal amount of training either academically or during a certification process. Oftentimes there are huge gaps of essential knowledge in the areas they need the most support with such as planning, child led learning, behaviours and relationships (aka...the ones that result in them leaving),
If an educator doesn’t have the tools to be successful this not only impacts their confidence and abilities to nurture children but also creates more “fires” for you to put out in a day.
As the Director, you've got limited time but big visionary goals. When you invest in your team with the right tools, knowledge and support to set them up for success this saves you time & money from constantly hiring.
Think of me as your back pocket co-director that has the same goal and vision for your team. We will work together to support your team with inspiring and practical PD that will excite them to come back to work the next day KNOWLEDGEABLE and CONFIDENT in their roles.

Ronnie's transformative and practical guidance throughout the programme helped me to connect with my own style, values and strengths and use them to create a wonderful learning space for the children, parents and educators. I am so much more confident and it shows. We recently had an inspection and were commended on our interactions with the children, environment and child-led approach.
Veronica's insight and innovative ideas regarding supports for children with sensory needs gave me so much new perspective and inspiration to bring back to my own classroom and teaching practice. Veronica’s passion for early learning radiates and I find I’m often referencing resources and ideas she’s shared with me each day in my own work.
Veronica's trainings are informative, succinct, easy to follow, and fun to watch. Veronica herself has a wealth of knowledge in early learning, from loose parts to sensory processing and delivers practical strategies for Educators at all levels of experience in their roles.
