Please note that only ONE certificate will be issued per member account.

The currency is in Canadian Dollars but your method of payment will do the conversion based on the daily exchange rate.

I'M NOT TECH SAVVY, IS THIS DIFFICULT?

The only thing you need to figure out is a password that you can remember!  After you complete your purchase of the workshop, you'll receive a welcome email that includes the steps and links to a video of walking you through how to set up your member account, access the workshop and request your certificate!

I have walked educators through the steps over the phone too. You got this!

I'M A DIRECTOR, HOW DO I SIGN UP TEAM MEMBERS?

This depends on what you're registering for your team.  These details will be included on the registration page and welcome emails to ensure your team is setup successfully.. 

For products requiring individual member accounts, the typical process is a google form will be provided to complete with your teams names and email addresses so that member accounts can be created and then notified when complete.

IS IT INSTANT ACCESS?

YES! After you complete your purchase, you'll receive 3 emails.

First, your receipt, second a welcome email with all the details and support to access your members area and finally the third is a link to complete your user account.

So that means within about 5-10 min after purchasing you'll be diving into your first workshop!
