WHO IS THIS FOR?

You’re an ECE, teacher, or childcare provider who’s curious about documentation but unsure where to begin or how to keep up.

You’ve opened Canva before, got overwhelmed, and quickly closed the tab but you’re willing to try again with step-by-step support.

You’ve collected photos and children's quotes but aren’t sure how to use them to actually show learning or tell a meaningful story.

You want documentation to feel more reflective, less like a checkbox and you’d love to find your own rhythm that doesn’t eat up your evenings.

You believe children’s ideas, questions, and voices deserve to be seen and you're looking for a clearer, more confident way to share them.

MEET YOUR GUIDE, VERONICA

Hey there, I’m Veronica — early childhood educator, consultant, and long-time Canva user who believes documentation should be meaningful, doable, and connected to your real work with children.

I started using Canva back in 2015 to share moments from my dayhome — simple play photos, quotes, and reflections. Over time, it became my go-to tool not just for creating visuals, but for making the learning visible to families, fellow educators, and myself.

I only wish I had known back then how powerful Canva could be for planning, reflecting, and organizing too. Thankfully, the platform has evolved — and so has how we use it. What was once just a poster-maker is now a tool that can support every aspect of our educator roles.

In this studio, I’ll guide you step-by-step in using Canva to move your documentation practice from something that feels like a product... to something that becomes part of your everyday thinking.
A living, breathing reflection of the children’s learning — and your own.
