This free series is designed for educators who want to document more meaningfully but feel stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed by the process.
Hey there, I’m Veronica — early childhood educator, consultant, and long-time Canva user who believes documentation should be meaningful, doable, and connected to your real work with children.
I started using Canva back in 2015 to share moments from my dayhome — simple play photos, quotes, and reflections. Over time, it became my go-to tool not just for creating visuals, but for making the learning visible to families, fellow educators, and myself.
I only wish I had known back then how powerful Canva could be for planning, reflecting, and organizing too. Thankfully, the platform has evolved — and so has how we use it. What was once just a poster-maker is now a tool that can support every aspect of our educator roles.
In this studio, I’ll guide you step-by-step in using Canva to move your documentation practice from something that feels like a product... to something that becomes part of your everyday thinking.
A living, breathing reflection of the children’s learning — and your own.
