As an Early Childhood Educator you've got such a huge responsibility but the never ending diaper changes, meltdowns, planning sheets, behaviour plans, and parent phone calls leaves you with no energy at the end of your day.

And after the 10th reminder to be gentle it can make you feel like you don't have the tools to be successful.   This not only impacts your confidence and abilities to nurture children but also leads you straight to burn out.  

When you invest in your professional growth with the right tools, knowledge and support you'll set yourself up for success so that you can become the kind of educator you want to be.

This is possible, because I've been in your shoes.  Behaviours I didn't understand, wanting to embrace child led learning, build relationships with the children and families that meant something were my goals...and of course to grow deeply in my own practice.
