A free 1-hour co-learning experience for early childhood educators where you’ll learn how to understand behaviours through 4 powerful lenses—so you can move from reacting to responding with confidence.
When nothing seems to be working, it’s often because we’re missing a piece of the puzzle.
These four lenses help you slow down and see the full picture.
“Why isn’t anything working with this child?”
“I know behaviour is communication…but what is it actually telling me?”
“I feel like I’m constantly reacting instead of understanding”
You’re not doing anything wrong.
The truth is most of us were taught strategies before we were taught how to think through behaviours.
I’m an early childhood educator, parent to an autistic child, and your guide in learning how to understand behaviours in a more supportive, connected way.
Over the years, I’ve worked in large centres, operated my own dayhome, supported educator teams, and taught at the post-secondary level.
But it was my personal journey—trying to understand my own son’s behaviours—that completely changed how I see and respond to children.
That experience led me to move beyond traditional strategies and into a more holistic, reflective approach—one that blends sensory processing, relationships, development, and play.
Now, I support educators around the world in building confidence through creativity, connection, and reflective practice.
And I truly believe…
Before choosing a strategy, we first need to make sense of what we’re seeing.
We used it before the hipsters did.
Infinite battery life, no loading time, no data fees.
Wouldn't it be awesome if these were wearable?
